Our recruitment process
Our recruitment processes are adapted to the specific vacancy to be filled.
Our recruitment processes are adapted to the specific vacancy to be filled. The duration of the process therefore varies accordingly.
However, our recruitment process typically includes some fixed steps. Based on the applications we have received, we generally begin the recruitment process with a preliminary informal conversation, for example by telephone.
Then the selected candidates are invited to the first interview, and for certain positions there will also be a second interview (or more).
To get to know our candidates better, we often use personality profile analyses, such as Ensize or PPA from Thomas International. For certain positions, we will also ask the candidate to complete a GIA test, a logical test analysis.
Depending on the vacancy, the analyses will be used in connection with the first or second interview as a starting point for our conversation. We strive to always give our candidates certified feedback on the analyses during the interview.
Once the right match has been selected, the candidates we invited to interviews will usually be notified by telephone. Other applicants will receive a notification by e-mail.
Personal data in connection with recruitment at DB Cargo Scandinavia will always be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
